Rates & Policies

• Check-In time is 3:00pm. Check-Out is 11:00 am.
• Mid-Week maid service is included
• $1,200 security deposit due at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
Security Deposit refunded within 7 days after departure.

• Total payment due 30 days prior to arrival
  (60 days for monthly stays & major holidays).
• $12 per night parking fee, $50 registration fee, and $5.00 a day charge for resort services. Rates do not include Hawaii taxes (11.42%).
• Christmas holiday is a 14 night minimum stay
• Discounted rates are available for 3 week or longer stays.
